My name is Veronika and I am a busy mom of two baby girls (6 months and 21 months old).
I created this blog to share my experience how I lost 84 pounds of my pregnancy weight in 6 months after baby delivery.
I am not a crazy fitness fan, just a regular mom who wanted to be in better physical shape. But I didn’t want to spend hours in the gym, I would rather play with my kids.
I want to eat healthy and lead our kids to do the same.

My Whole Story
Last three years I was extremely busy and had life full of stress. I didn’t eat healthy and also couldn’t do sports too often. I wasn’t in good shape but it wasn’t critical yet.
My fitness significantly changed when I became pregnant. I felt sick from most of the food and was able to eat only meals rich in fats and carbs.
In addition, doctors had suspicion that my baby will be born prematurely and recommended bed rest. So I didn’t eat well and didn’t move – the worst combination. I gained almost 60 pounds in this pregnancy!
After I gave birth to my first daughter, I tried to lose this baby weight. But my diet wasn’t ideal and I had problems when trying to do sports. Because of the overweight my joints and back really hurt during activities. I lost some weight (25 pounds) but I was far from my pre-pregnancy weight.
Soon after I became pregnant again before I returned to good shape. My weight before giving second birth was 239 pounds (I am 5’11” tall) which was quite high.
I wasn’t happy that I lost my ability to be active and function normally. Hence I really wanted to lose that baby weight after my second pregnancy. But I needed better plan…
I made some research around and chose the weight loss program Focus T25 which has workout and meal plan. I describe here on the blog how I lose baby weight with this program.
In addition I provide my own way of healthy weight loss diet while breastfeeding which helped me tremendously to lose baby weight.
