This breakfast is great because of high amount of proteins needed after you wake up.
Proteins in yogurt and fiber in oats will keep you full longer hence this oatmeal is ideal part of losing weight meal plan.
It has also higher amount of carbohydrates in case you need a lot of energy in the morning, especially if you want to exercise.
In addition, walnuts and almonds contains “healthy fats“.
