High amount of proteins provided by egg whites keep me full for a long time. That is the reason I love to eat this meal for breakfast.
Avocado is very healthy – contains fats reducing cholesterol levels, potassium, fiber, antioxidants and vitamins.
Whole grain crispbread is healthier variant of carbohydrates as a source of antioxidants, fiber and important vitamins and minerals.

- Make a scramble from eggs, seasoned by pepper and salt if desired
- Add diced avocado and tomatoes
- Serve with 2 pieces of whole grain crispbread (for kids we prefer rather light rye crispbread)
