I cannot believe it has been a year since I delivered our second daughter. Here is a little summary of the last six months. I continued with T25 workouts and started doing other sports I couldn’t do for many years. My whole family also maintained healthy eating most of the time. I describe things I am proud of as well as my fails. I discovered a new workout program which seems to be better fit for my current needs (3 times a week).
