I cannot believe it has been a year since I delivered our second daughter. Here is a little summary of the last six months. I continued with T25 workouts and started doing other sports I couldn’t do for many years. My whole family also maintained healthy eating most of the time. I describe things I am proud of as well as my fails. I discovered a new workout program which seems to be better fit for my current needs (3 times a week). Overall results after one year of healthy lifestyle made me feel awesome! Check it out…
The most difficult week of T25 challenge so far. I exercise with dumbbells for the first time and I love it! Weight loss was still significant despite the second week of feasts with my father.
7th week of T25 Challenge was hard work but again we did better than previous week. I also decided to bring another challenge and make my workouts a little bit harder. I finally decided what dumbbells to buy. My diet wasn’t ideal but results continue to be very satisfying.
Focus T25 (review of Beta Cycle) – transition from Alpha cycle was surprisingly different from what I expected. Here I provide a review of all T25 workouts of Beta cycle. I explain why I chose to exercise with dumbbells (and what weight to buy) rather than with resistant bands. Results after the 6th week of T25 Challenge are awesome (3.8 pounds lost this week).
The end of Alpha Cycle is here – see my before and after photos. The results are great – I have lost over 13 pounds! I love the progress we made during T25 workouts – I don’t have to use low impact version of the exercise most of the time (this is a big difference compared to the beginning of the challenge). I found a great yogurt providing high proteins which is very important for my losing baby weight. It serves also as a great alternative to the ice cream which I love to death and cannot avoid it. We were on strenuous hiking trips in the nature with babies (thanks to fitness I have now).
